Use of Cookies

The website and/or app of Krakov Communications use cookies and similar tracking technologies for day-to-day operation, service security, improving the user experience, usage analysis, statistical measurement, and tailoring content, services and offers.

Krakov Communications may use, among others, the following types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies — required for the basic functioning of the service: signing in, security, completing purchases, and saving your cookie preferences. They cannot be disabled.

  • Analytics and statistics cookies — used to analyze how the website is used, measure where visitors come from, and improve the service.

  • Marketing and advertising cookies — where used, subject to applicable law and your consent.

Traffic Source Measurement

We record how you arrived at the website in order to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand which channels bring us customers.

For this purpose, the following data is stored:

  • The type of source you came from — a search engine, social network, paid ad, email newsletter, referring website, or direct visit.

  • The address of the website that referred you, at the site-name level only.

  • The campaign parameters attached to the URL, as defined by us in the ad or newsletter.

  • The first page you landed on. Personal identifiers that appear in the URL are not stored.

  • The click identifier that Google or Meta append to the URL when you come from an ad — stored only if you have accepted the "Marketing and advertising" category. If you have not, only the channel type is stored, without the identifier itself.

Additional points:

The information is stored on your device for ninety days and copied to any order you place, so that we can attribute it to the channel that brought you. If you have registered an account, your first traffic source is also stored in your profile.

  • Your cookie preferences are stored for 12 months so that we can respect them on every page.

  • The information is collected by us alone, is not transferred to advertising platforms, and is not used to display personalized ads.

  • Withdrawing consent for the "Analytics and statistics" category stops the collection and deletes the information stored on your device. Information already attributed to a completed order is retained as part of the transaction records.

Additional Tracking Technologies

In addition to cookies, Web Beacons, Pixels, SDKs, Local Storage or other anonymous identifiers may be used.

Third-Party Cookies

The website and/or app may include cookies and technologies of third parties (such as analytics, payment and security providers). Their use is also subject to those third parties' policies.
